Hohenzollern - Sigmaringen Castle close to Lake Constance

Hohenzollern - Sigmaringen Castle

Sigmaringen, Germany

Built as a castle complex, Sigmaringen Castle -situated between the Swabian Alp and Lake Constance - is now a princely residential palace in which the later Hohenzollern princes determined the course of European history. Throughout the year, visitors can enjoy a guided tour and discover the history of the house, dating back almost one thousand years, as well as courtly life. Take a look behind the scenes of the residential palace and be transported back to bygone times. Younger visitors can also find out the secrets of the castle during regular kids’ tours.
